How do I navigate around the Bonne Affaire website?

It's easy to find your way around the Bonne Affaire website. Just click on the Go Shopping link on the navigation bar to see the departments available. Or use the Department links on the left hand panel to go directly to a particular section of the website.

If you are lost in the website just click on the Home page button, this will take you out of the store and back to the starting page. You can access the Home page from anywhere on the site.



How does my shopping basket work?

The website has a shopping basket facility that works just like a shopping basket in a supermarket. If you click on the 'Add to Basket' button, next to a particular product, the item will be placed in your basket. You will see confirmation that you have placed the item in your basket and then be taken back to the product you've just selected.

You can recheck the contents of your basket at anytime, by clicking on the 'View Basket' button in the top right hand corner of any page. You should see a new page listing the contents of you basket, from where you can change the quantity, remove an item or check out.



How do I amend my shopping basket?

Click on the View Basket button on the top right hand corner of any page. You should now see the contents of your basket.

To change the quantity in your basket, add the new quantity in the text box and click on the Update button. The quantity will now be updated.

To remove the item from your basket, click the tick box Clear, then click on the Update button. The item will now be removed from your basket.

Once you have amended your basket click on the Continue Shopping button to go back to the store.



How do I place my order?

To place your order click on the Check Out button on the top right hand corner of any page on the site. You will automatically be redirected to a secure area of the website. From here you are required to read and accept Bonne Affaire's terms and conditions, complete your shipment details and payment method.

On completing your order you will see a receipt screen confirming it. You should print this out and keep it safe for future reference. Providing you have submitted your email address correctly, you will also receive an email confirming your order.



How do I change my order if I've already placed it?

If you decide to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, please call immediately on 02476 552277 and we will make the necessary changes.



Is shopping at Bonne Affaire safe?

You can feel confident that your details are secure while transmitted over the Internet to Bonne Affaire.

The Bonne Affaire payment process is encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption systems. When you are ready to add your card details a padlock symbol will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your web browser. This indicates that the encryption process is working. If for any reason you do not see the padlock do not proceed with the order and contact Bonne Affaire.



What payments do you accept?

We accept payment by Switch, Maestro, Master Card and Visa payment methods.

You can choose to transmit these details with your order or via fax or phone service after completing your order online. Bonne Affaire will not process any order until it has received full and accurate payment details.

Please note we do not offer any customers credit payment terms.



What do I do if I want to return a product?

Please see our Returns Policy on our Terms and Conditions page.



Can I place an order and send it to another address?

No. For security purposes your order must be shipped to the registered cardholder's address.



Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to mainland UK at the moment.
